On the first floor, the dwelling consists of a living room, equipped with a kitchenette, dining area, and sofa.



From the living room, you can access the small balcony.



The hallway leads to the master bedroom and the sleeping area with the bunk bed.



The bathroom has a comfortable shower.



The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.

The rate includes the rental fee paid to the property owner and the cost of ancillary services to the rental provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
