Villa Meona is an ancient 19th century Tuscan residence, situated among the green hills of the Tuscan countryside.

Surrounded by a private park full of olive and cypress trees, the property enjoys a wonderful view of the ancient village of Montecatini Alto and the renowned spa town of Montecatini Terme.

Inside the garden there is a paved area with a dining table, barbecue and parasols, perfect for having alfresco meals. Then you will also find a ping pong table and a lounge area, ideal for relaxing while reading a book or sipping a good glass of wine.

The outdoor spaces are embellished by a panoramic pool (4 x 9 m, depth 1.5 m), open from April to October, equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, parasols and external shower. The pool can be heated at an extra cost.

Lastly, at guests' disposal a playground area with a swing, and an uncovered private parking for 6 cars.

Internal Description

Completely renovated and furnished in an elegant style, Villa Meona is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 12 people, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Air conditioning is present in all rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and satellite tv. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available upon request. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: You are welcomed by a large and bright dining room with table, fireplace, satellite tv and a modern kitchen, equipped with: breakfast table, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator and dishwasher. From the dining room you can directly access the outside. Following is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Lastly, there are two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), and two bathrooms with shower (including one ensuite).

First floor: The upper floor consists of a cozy and bright living room, characterized by large windows overlooking the valley, two sofas (including one double sofa bed), armchair, satellite tv, billiards and foosball.

The sleeping area consists of a twin bedroom and two double bedrooms.

Then you will find 3 bathrooms (two with shower and one with shower and bathtub).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); utilities (50.00€ per night); pool heating on request (50.00€ per night); electric car charging if used (10.00€ per night per electric car). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 700.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
