Agritourism

The Simona apartment is located within the Colombaiolo farm, in Siena, the city of the Palio, near the historic centre.
The farm produces Chianti Colli Senesi wine and extra virgin olive oil.
Inside the farm there are 4 apartments used as agritourism, a swimming pool in the middle of the olive trees, large green spaces.
The apartment has an area of ​​75 m2. divided over two floors. On the ground floor large living room-kitchen with service bathroom, on the first floor double bedroom, single bedroom with small terrace, bathroom with shower.
Private outdoor area, equipped with tables, chairs and umbrella, shared barbecue with the other apartments, swimming pool (open from 20/05 to 06/10), private parking.
The washing machine is available in a building near the apartment.
Heating is available from 01/11 to 31/03.
