The apartment is cared for with attention and style: a modern and equipped kitchen , a cozy double sofa bed , a bright double bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower for moments of total relaxation. Every detail is designed to make guests feel at home, in an elegant and comfortable environment.
Ample paid parking is available in front of the building - €10.00 per day .
The historic center of Desenzano, the lakefront and the nearest beaches are easily reached in a few minutes on foot , making the loft the ideal starting point for exploring everything this lively town has to offer.

Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.
Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explained that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage.
It is forbidden to accept minors who are not accompanied by their parents.
