Apartment

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with lift in a building in a quiet private garden, from the balcony you can enjoy a suggestive view of the red roofs of Bologna. The apartment (55 m2) consists of an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, brand new bathroom with large shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two armchairs/beds that can be transformed into single beds as shown in the photo).

You are in the heart of "Pratello", one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the historic centre, full of clubs and activities, in the evening it is a meeting place and it is very pleasant to stop for an aperitif or even to taste the gastronomic specialities.
Piazza Maggiore, San Petronio, San Pietro, Nettuno can be reached on foot by walking under the characteristic porticoes (Unesco heritage).
In the surrounding area you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, practically everything that makes your stay pleasant.

We are also a strategic point to reach some important cities of art, in about h. 1-1.30 by train you can visit Venice, Florence, Ravenna and Parma and Ferrara, you can organize visits to these cities without changing location and to make your stay as comfortable as possible you also have a washing machine at your complete disposal.

We live in the adjacent apartment and with my husband we personally welcome guests, providing all the tourist and gastronomic information, curiosities or anything else that may be necessary.
Cleaning and sanitization is personally handled.
