Villa Euriclea comes into view in the heart of Praiano, in the quiet overlooking the sea. This is the place where elegance meets simplicity, and the breathtaking view of the sea blends with the convenience of a very central location. Villa Euriclea is a typical Mediterranean villa, where the blue of the sea embraces the green of the garden that surrounds it. Two spacious double bedrooms with connected bathroom, an open space with induction kitchen and living area and a large terrace overlooking the sea, comfortably accommodate a group of four. The outdoor area is the jewel of the Villa: the large garden furnished with sun loungers and the terrace, fully equipped with outdoor table and BBQ. The position is among the most comfortable: a few steps from the Church of San Luca, you can reach restaurants, the beach, bus stop, supermarket and gym on foot. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-FI is available throughout the house.



The villa is organized on one level:



- 50 sqm garden - sea view - furnished with solarium area;

- Sea view terrace, equipped with a Vietri ceramic table, for outdoor dining, outdoor living area and BBQ area;

- Access to the living area, with double sofa bed and table for four;

- Open kitchen (fully equipped);

- Internal double bedroom with connected bathroom;

- Double bedroom with sea view with connected bathroom.



Villa Euriclea is located on the east side of Praiano and is very central: within walking distance of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, the beach and the bus stop. To reach the house it is necessary to follow a path of about 50 meters and about 40 steps. It is possible to book the luggage service, for a fee. The private parking - upon reservation and subject to availability - is about 400 meters away.



The town center is far away, on foot it is not possible to use:



- Local bus stop (50 meters)

- Supermarket and butcher (100 mt)

- Restaurants and bars (300 mt)

- Beginning of the path of the Gods
