The "Comune di Roma" requires a tourist tax of 3.5 per person per day of stay. This tax must be paid on arrival and is not part of the rental price. the apartment will be equipped with essentials and linen according to the number of guests declared in the booking, the additional request for bed linen and towels will have an additional cost to be paid on site. the request for extra cleaning during extended stays is not included in the portal price, however it will be possible to request the service at an additional cost to be recognized on site. Check in is scheduled from 15:00 to 21:00, check in after hours must be agreed and require an additional cost.
