Within 400 metres you can reach the stunning beaches of Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo; within 1 km, all the main beaches along Olbia’s northern coastline: Il Pellicano, Bados and Pittulongu. Each unit is equipped with wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher, oven and private parking with electric gate.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

WLofts 12 is a refined design suite featuring 1 double bedroom and a maximum capacity of 2 guests. Located on the ground floor, it offers total privacy and carefully curated interiors. The suite includes a comfortable double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom (shower), TV and spacious wardrobe. The external stainless-steel kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, microwave, refrigerator, small freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, ice maker and induction hob. Bright interiors and quality furnishings create a modern and elegant atmosphere.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The highlight of WLofts 12 is its beautiful covered veranda with bioclimatic pergola, furnished with a dining table and evening lighting the perfect place to relax or enjoy a meal outdoors. The suite also offers a private garden with lawn, sun loungers and a convenient outdoor shower. Leaving the property, a small beach is reachable on foot in about 100 metres; the characteristic rocky shoreline nearby is ideal for sunbathing. Private parking with electric gate included.

DESTINATION AND DISTANCES

WLofts is located in a residential neighbourhood of detached villas, ideal for a beach holiday in Sardinia without giving up convenience. The beaches of Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo (400 m), as well as bars, restaurants and supermarkets, are all easily accessible on foot. Olbia’s historic centre is 8 km away (about 15 minutes by car). The nearest bus stop is only 750 metres away (line 4, Lo Squalo stop). Several local restaurants many directly on the beach can be found within 2 km: Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, Ristorante Lo Squalo. Don’t miss the beaches between Golfo Aranci and Porto Rotondo: Cala Sassari, Cala Moresca, Cala Sabina and Marinella. The Marine Protected Area of Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo can be reached by boat from the pier in Porto San Paolo.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

• A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be blocked on the guest’s credit card (physical card required, in the guest’s name).
• The amount will be automatically released after check-out (timing varies depending on the bank).
• In case of damage or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain an amount to cover any costs.

TOURIST TAX

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to municipal regulations.

BOOKING DETAILS

• Klodge accommodations are private properties managed under short-term rental regulations, pursuant to Law 431/98 and art. 21bis of Regional Law 16/17 (Sardinia).
• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may present minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialising in short-term holiday rentals.

ONLINE CHECK-IN AND RENTAL AGREEMENT

• After booking, an online check-in is required (uploading documents and a selfie for each guest).
• All data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy copy in English will be provided.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys and documents are collected at the Klodge Reception Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE SEPARATION

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the required bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
