Interior Description

I Lecci 3 is located on the first floor and develops on a single level. The entrance opens onto the living area with dining table—also suitable as a smart-working station—a TV corner and an equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge/freezer and stove. From the living room, you access the covered veranda with a dining table and a wonderful sea view. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower and washing machine. A single sofa bed in the living room provides the fifth sleeping accommodation, for a total capacity of 5 guests.

Outdoor Spaces

The covered veranda overlooking the surrounding Mediterranean greenery is the perfect place for breakfast, readingrelaxing moments outdoors. A private parking space is available near the entrance.

I Lecci 3 is part of the residential complex “I Lecci”, surrounded by junipers, myrtle, wild olive trees and other typical Sardinian vegetation. The beautiful Ira Beach is about 3 km away. Porto Rotondo town centre—with boutiques, restaurants, bars and nightlife—is a 5-minute drive. The nearest bus stop is only 280 metres away, while Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 16 km away.

The properties listed are offered in tourist lease by their respective owners and mediated by Klodge, according to Italian Law 431/98 and Article 21bis of Regional Law 16/17 (Autonomous Region of Sardinia).

Other Things to Note

Payments & Security Deposit

• A security deposit will be requested at check-in and pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card (physically present and in the guest’s name).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on the bank).

Tourist Tax

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

Booking Details

• All Klodge accommodations are private properties managed as short-term tourist rentals.
• As private homes, slight imperfections may be present but do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a licensed real estate broker specialising in short-term rentals.
• Essential services (final cleaning and initial set of linen) are provided by specialised external companies related costs are borne by the Guest.

Online Check-in & Rental Agreement

• After booking, completing the online check-in is required (ID upload and selfie for each guest).
• Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR.
• A tourist rental contract must be signed (in Italian). A courtesy English copy is provided.

Key Collection

Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting

The area is served by a door-to-door recycling system. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
