The Smith Roero Apartment is located in the sports area of Bardonecchia, directly on the winter ski slopes and with access to the main attractions of Campo Smith and the activities organised by the various sports companies and rentals in all seasons. Within a radius of 1 km you will be in the town centre where you will find all the shops, activities and services of Via Medail.



On the first floor served by a lift, this small SMART APARTMENT has electronic locks and Self Check-In systems. It consists of an entrance with access to the living room, equipped with a small kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed. Guests have access to a Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using the guests' personal accounts) and a coffee machine.



From the living room you access to the bedroom with french double bed and a wardrobe.



The hallway leads to the convenient bathroom.



The apartment is managed in the name and on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The rate includes the rental fee paid to the property owner and the cost of the ancillary services provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.



The city tax of €1.50 per person per night is not included.
