The house is situated in the hamlet of Montieri, on the metallifee hills of the Maremma, whose origins date back to the Etruscan period.

Its position allows to reach in a few minutes the Abbey of San Galgano, the Sword in the Rock of Montesiepi, Massa Marittima and the famous wineries such as the Rocca di Frassinello and the Rocca di Montemassi. 50 minutes from Siena, an hour from Florence and an hour and a half from Pisa airport. in 45 minutes you can reach the Golf Club Toscana.
