Welcome to Villa Perla, a semi-detached property nestled in the tranquility of the Capo Perla area, just a few minutes from the center of Capoliveri.

On the ground floor, in the living area, you will find a spacious living room with a kitchenette. In the sleeping area, there are three bedrooms: two double rooms, one single room, and a bathroom. Also on the first floor, you can access a small inner courtyard that leads to the laundry area, perfect for long stays.

Going up to the upper floor, there is a second bathroom, a single bedroom accessible via a wall-mounted ladder, and a cozy, bright double bedroom. Please note that the upper floor is not equipped with air conditioning.

The highlight of Villa Perla is its spectacular outdoor terrace, from where you can admire the sunrise over the Tuscan coast—perfect for aperitifs, lunches, and dinners. Here you can enjoy your vacation with a splendid sea view.

The property, enclosed by a manual gate, can comfortably accommodate 3 cars. Additionally, guests have the possibility to charge an electric car if they have a cable with a Schuko plug, at a cost of €0.6/kWh.

The center of Capoliveri, with its services and attractions, is about a 5-minute drive away. Here you will find shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, and grocery stores. In the evening, the old village with its narrow winding streets and colorful lively houses comes alive until late, telling centuries-old stories and offering you an authentic and fascinating experience.

The nearest beach, Straccoligno, is 1 km away, and within a few minutes’ drive towards the town center, you will find signs to some of the island’s most beautiful beaches, including Zuccale, Barabarca, Morcone, Pareti, and Innamorata.
