Recently renovated apartment just a short walk from Arcoveggio Park, from which you can easily reach the historic center of Bologna by public transport.



The apartment, located on the fourth floor with elevator, opens onto a hallway that leads to the large living area with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a dining table. From here, you can access the small balcony overlooking the communal garden. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, two bedside tables with two lamps, a large wardrobe, and a designer painting. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.



The central train station is 15 minutes away by car from the apartment, while the airport is only 10 minutes away.
