The apartment is tastefully decorated in a classic coastal style, blending elegance with warmth. The open-plan living area features a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a window overlooking the sea. A wooden divider separates the bedroom area, furnished with a comfortable double bed, 32” flat-screen TV, bedside tables, and a wardrobe corner. The private bathroom includes a shower, sink, and bidet — completing a space designed for comfort and relaxation.

From the shared balcony of the building, guests can admire breathtaking sunsets over the sea, while the location offers easy access to local restaurants, seaside cafés, and panoramic bars that line the waterfront.

Upon arrival, guests are required to present an ID for mandatory registration and pay the tourist tax (€4.00 per person per night, up to 7 nights; minors under 18 exempt).
A private parking space is available a 5-minute walk away for €25 per day, upon request.
