The apartment also includes convenient private garage parking 🚗.
To reach the entrance, you’ll go up a staircase and walk through a lovely garden 🌿 that sets the tone for the peaceful and charming atmosphere inside.

Camogli’s town center—with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and pharmacies—is about a 10-minute walk down some stairs 🏞️, but the views and ambiance make every step worthwhile!

🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we’re available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in complete freedom, with no constraints.

🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: dishcloth, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) in the “historic center.” If you decide to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking the access times. In any case, you’ll find paid parking 🅿️ in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends, subject to request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will apply.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
