The apartment is located on the second floor of a quiet building, situated less than 200 metres from the city centre of Sorrento and Corso Italia. Its strategic location makes it ideal for those who want to go to the sea, both to Marina Grande and to Regina Giovanna, one of the most beautiful in Sorrento, but also for those who do not want to give up the centrality without being disturbed by the noise of the historic centre.



APARTMENT DETAILS:

The apartment has been completely renovated and has a large living room with a double sofa bed, an American kitchen with high stools, equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, sink and essentials. A table for six with leather armchairs and a small balcony with a garden view. The house also has an equipped veranda with a laundry tub and washing machine.

The house has 3 bedrooms:

BEDROOM 1: double bed with large wardrobe, window and air conditioning.

BEDROOM 2: two single beds with wardrobe and air conditioning.

BEDROOM 3: bedroom with king size bed, large wardrobe, window, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

Second fully equipped bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and sink.

The house has Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and a flat screen TV.

All guests must provide an identity document upon arrival.

CHECK IN: 2pm to 7.30pm

CHECK OUT: by 10am

Please note that check-in after 8pm has an additional cost of €30.

The tourist tax amounts to €4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

The extraordinary linen change is not included in the price.
