Interior Description

The main entrance leads up a few steps to the spacious covered terrace, the heart of the property and an ideal place to enjoy meals while admiring the breathtaking view of the Tavolara Gulf. The interiors, featuring wooden furnishings and exposed beams, create a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Organised on a single level, the home includes two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a modern bathroom with shower, and a living room equipped with a single sofa bed suitable for an additional guest. The fully equipped kitchen includes hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cookware. Amenities also include air conditioning throughout, seasonal Wi-Fi (1 May – 31 October), and a washing machine.

Outdoor Spaces

The large panoramic terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining area and lounge seating, the perfect spot to relax at any time of day. Outside you will also find a refreshing outdoor shower, a barbecue, and two covered parking spaces.

Porto San Paolo is just 1 km away, while Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and Olbia city centre are approximately 10 km away. Nearby beaches include Porto Taverna, Porto Istana, Cala Brandinchi, Cala Suaraccia, Lu Impostu and the famous La Cinta beach. Boat excursions to Tavolara Island depart from Porto San Paolo and are highly recommended.

Other Things to Note

Payments & Security Deposit

• A security deposit is required at check-in and will be pre-authorised on a credit card physically presented and in the guest’s name.
• The deposit will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing depends on the issuing bank).
• Any damages or violations of house rules may be charged.

Tourist Tax

Payable in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

Booking Details

Online Check-in & Rental Agreement

• An online check-in is required after booking (ID documents and selfies for all guests).
• Personal data is handled in compliance with the GDPR.
• A tourist rental contract must be signed (Italian version legally binding; courtesy English copy provided).

Key Delivery

Keys are handed over and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Recycling

A local door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of remaining waste properly before departure.
