It features a spacious and bright living room, a fully equipped separate kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and a modern bathroom with shower 🚿.
Additionally, you’ll have access to a convenient private parking space 🚗—a real plus in the area!

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay.
For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged accordingly

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the reservation price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will apply

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
