Various unique and special accommodations are available to guests: the 16th century manor house and the other seven beautiful villas, all with private swimming pools or the 14 elegant suites in the village of Pian Rinaldi, in the center of the estate, where there are also "Il Tuscan Bistro "- a typically Tuscan café-tavern - and the Reception.

VILLA IL GIGLIO (Villa + Cottage 20 guests)

Main Villa (498 mq, ground floor + first floor + attic):
Main entrance from a traditional Tuscan "loggia", very spacious living room with numerous French windows and doors that open onto a panoramic terrace, very comfortable dining room, well furnished and decorated with precious materials and tapestries, magnificent kitchen, fully equipped, including a large fireplace.
7 air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathroom and 1 toilet, 1 library with a splendid view of the estate, Laundry room

Cottage (150 mq - ground + first floor):
Very spacious living room with stone fireplace, dining room with fully equipped kitchen, dining room with fully equipped kitchen. First Floor: 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, 1 living room. Ground floor: entrance with living room, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Common Facilities: The reception is open every day with information, maps, two tennis courts, The Tuscan Bistro.

Possibility of renting only the main villa (prices on request)


Minimum stay 5 nights (May 15th to Sep 15th)
Minimum stay 3 nights (Jan 01st to May 14th / Sep 16th to Dec 31st)

Chef and waiting staff included during the whole stay for 1 service per day (lunch or dinner). Please note that this service is on request and need to be booked at latest 15 days in advance.

Extras (on request):
Housekeeping: € 25,00 per extra hour
Babysitting: € 25,00 per hour / € 30,00 per hour (night - from 7 pm)

Private chef in villa + waiter € 300,00 + € 75,00 p.p. menu lunch/dinner (excluding wine)
Cooking class ( max 6 people) € 170,00 p.p. including lunch/dinner at Bistro

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
30% deposit of the total value to be paid upon confirmation
Balance 60 days prior to arrival.

The agency or the final client will kindly provide us a copy of their credit card to guarantee the reservation with debit authorization in case of missed or partial payments, cancellations exceeding the permits, unpaid extras, late check-out and early check-in, late arrivals, early departures and no show.

CANCELLATION POLICY
From confirmation to 30 days prior to arrival date: 70% of reserved services can be cancelled without penalties
If the reservation is cancelled 29 days or less days prior to arrival, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total rental amount will be charged.
In all seasons: In case of no-show or early departure full amount to be charged
