CA MILLA is a tastefully furnished flat with quality materials. It is located in the historical courtyard in the centre of Argegno. CA MILLA is a flat on 2 floors. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs open space living room and kitchen attic overlooking a lovely terrace overlooking the lake furnished and glass-covered. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and heating.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCA MILLA is a delightful, tastefully furnished flat in the historic centre of Argegno. It is internally arranged on two levels. On the first floor, going up the entrance stairs, we find an elegant bedroom with large walk-in wardrobe and French window with lake view. There is a second double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. On the second floor, a bright and attic open-plan living room and kitchen. Living room with sofa, TV area and furnished balcony overlooking Lake Como. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Finally behind the kitchen there is a boiler area with washing machine.

The flat can accommodate up to 4 people, is covered by Wi-Fi throughout the house, has no air conditioning but offers fans for the comfort of guests.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGCA MILLA can be reached by walking up a small stretch of road in the historic centre of Argegno. Public pay car parks are 150 metres away, where daily parking tickets must be displayed, which we can sell at a cost of € 3.50 per day. ARGEGNO & SURROUNDINGS

Argegno is a very lively village throughout the year. The village offers shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, post office, banks, schools, a beautiful equipped beach, a charming little harbour, a characteristic historical centre, but above all countless natural beauties that can be admired thanks to pleasant walks. Well connected by public transport via boats and buses, it is easily accessible to and from all lake destinations. It is 20 km from Como and 15 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano.

In Argegno you can rent a boat or bicycles, relax at the Lido, reach the village of Pigra (by cable car or by car), take the boat to explore the other villages on the lake and walk in the middle of nature.

On Monday mornings, there is a market on the Lungo Lago di Argegno: fish, cheese, cold cuts, flowers and clothes. The necessities at hand!

There are 2 grocery shops in Argegno, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 6 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

In the centre of Argegno, a boat and bus stop will be at your disposal.

Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
