Spacious apartment situated in the most ancient alley of Palermo, a few steps away from Giardino Garibaldi and the historic center.



The apartment, located on the fourth floor reachable on foot, opens directly onto the bright and warm living room, enriched by wooden beams and floor and tastefully furnished with a large dining table, a sofa and armchairs where guests can relax watching TV or reading a book. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, including another dining table, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a kettle.

The sleeping area has three bedrooms. The first one, on the same floor, comes with a queen-size bed, a storage unit, a clothes rack and a french door that leads to the balcony.

Through a staircase situated in the center of the living room, guests will access the first floor where the other two bedrooms and the terrace are located. The first bedroom, with beautiful wooden ceilings, features a queen-size bed, while the second one is fitted with two single beds.

One of the main features of this apartment is the magnificent terrace equipped with four deckchairs, a small table and a parasol, perfect for enjoying the beautiful and sunny Sicilian days.

Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, complete the apartment.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.



The train station is 15 minutes walking distance while the airport can be reached either with a 40-minute drive or with a 40-minute train ride.
