Villa Azzurra is situated just 30 minutes from the noted location of Villasimius and about 20 minutes from Cagliari's old town.

The structure is on two levels and is surrounded on three sides by a garden of about 500sqm where there is a barbecue area and a swimming pool.

The ground floor consists of : a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with access from the master bedroom.
