The harmony between sea and land, combined with the surrounding pristine beaches, will make your stay unforgettable. The Villa consists of two independent double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a studio with a single sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen that faces a large living room. The outer portico will bring you at the back of the Villa where the swimming pool and the barbecue area face a breathtaking view, and are at the complete disposal of guests. The Villa is equipped with a covered garage for one car and enjoys an olive grove and several outdoor areas.
Descent to the sea: for the more adventurous guests it is possible to walk the path of approx. 1.5 km which starts from the Villa, reaches Torre Ciana and then descends to the sea. Extreme caution is recommended as the path is steep in the final stretch and suitable to expert hikers only.
How to get there:
To get to the Villa il Puntino it is necessary to take the Strada Panoramica from Porto Ercole (8km of which 3,8 km are on a dirt road) necessarily using a 4x4 SUV; alternatively it is possible to take the Strada Panoramica, perfectly paved, from the town of Porto Santo Stefano (17km).
