On the ground floor a large room including the living room with fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen complete with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, American coffee maker, toaster, a spacious porch adjacent to the kitchen where it is possible to eat outdoors, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people, a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower, a service bathroom. Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any heating consumption is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption; the use of air conditioning is not included in the price to be paid on the spot.

Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
