It is surrounded by more than ten hectares of olive groves, orchard and woods. Standing on the top of the hill, it dominates the whole valley, there are fantastic views of Montecatini, just 5 minutes away by car, famous for its thermal treatments. Excellent furnishing.

Located on the top of the hill overlooking the whole valley, it enjoys a fantastic view over the city of Montecatini below, just 5 minutes by car, famous for spa treatments and treatments.
Independent villa with 20 beds. In the basement there is a large recreation room with fireplace, two service bathrooms (one with a shower, the other only with a toilet), a bookcase. On the ground floor dining room, reception room with bar area, kitchen with double appliances, five rooms with private bathroom (2 of which with external access). All rooms on this floor have a double bed. On the first floor seven bedrooms with bathrooms, four with double beds and three with two single beds that can be joined together. Possibility to reach a maximum of 22 beds.
