Available to our guests a portion of an independent cottage within a property closed by an electric gate where there are two neighboring houses, surrounded by greenery, just over 1 km from the beach overlooking the Gulf of Portoferraio. Nearby you can find bars, restaurants, Conad supermarket and other services. It is a junction location that allows you to comfortably visit different locations on the island: east, north and south. From the Costa that shines, the mineral area of ​​the island that extends between Rio Marina and Cavo with its dark and wild beaches to continue up to those of the Costa dei Gabbiani, characterized by high cliffs overlooking the sea and many small coves and beaches . The whole side of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, among the most touristic Barbarossa, Terra Nera, Lido di Capoliveri, Morcone, Innamorata and Lacona; up to the White and Green Coasts of Portoferraio with its wonderful inlets such as Le Ghiaie, Capo Bianco, Sansone, Viticcio and Enfola.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Semi-detached house - 2/3 beds
The property consists of an entrance on a porch equipped with table and chairs, living room with single sofa bed (1,70 mt of length), equipped kitchen and dining area, double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub inside. Guests can enjoy the large terrace overlooking the sea and countryside of the property. On request it is possible to add a baby bed.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.

- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50 must be paid
