Villa Charme is an ancient semi-detached villa recently restored and equipped with every comfort. The rustic exterior with stone walls has a charming charm and the Villa is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The beautiful wooden floors, the wonderful wooden ceilings and even the various fireplaces will give you unforgettable moments of a dream vacation in Tuscany.
The Villa is located in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, halfway between Florence and Siena, in the heart of the Chianti region.
Villa Charme can accommodate 12 people in 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower.
The villa is on three levels. The lower floor of the villa opens with a living room with a comfortable sofa from which one can reach the Viola and Margherita double rooms, both with queen-size beds (double bed 67 "x79") and private bathroom with shower. On the lower floor there is also a spacious Tuscan-style kitchen, a dining room with a large table and 12 chairs and a wellness room with a treadmill, an exercise bike and fitness equipment.
The ground floor is occupied by the living room with sofas, the second fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace for dining and outdoor dining. The terrace, equipped with a large table that can accommodate up to 12 people, has iron panels that offer total privacy to guests from neighbors.
The first floor is occupied by three Rosa bedrooms (with a fireplace and a double bed 70''x79 ''), Girasole (double bed 70''x79 '') and Peony (double bedroom with two queen beds 33 "x 74"), all with private bathroom with shower.
The sixth bedroom of the villa, Gelsomino (double bed 70''x79 ''), is located on the highest level of the villa, on the tower, with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside, covered with vineyards and olive trees.
All rooms have queen-size beds and private bathrooms with showers.

Plunge pool (3x5 meters, depth 1.20 m), Jacuzzi, large garden, barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, parking, air conditioning throughout the villa, two fully equipped kitchens, espresso machine, fireplace, satellite TV , Wi-Fi connection, washer and dryer, hair dryer in every bathroom, fitness room (treadmill exercise bike and tools).

The two-family structure is divided into two parts, Villa Charme is one of the two parts and customers will still have private entrance, exclusive use of the garden, of the swimming pool and total privacy during their stay.


Weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday

Check-in: from 3.30 PM to 5:30 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 O’clock (No late check-out allowed)

Security deposit held at Check-in € 300
Pets not allowed

Prices include:
-Towels and bed linens, 1 pool towel per person per week.
-Wi-Fi internet connection
-Use of the pool
-Mid-week change of towels on Wednesdays from 12.00 am

-City tax € 1.50 per person per day (subject to increases by the municipality)
