Villa Acqua is particularly suitable for small families, with its intimate spaces and its welcoming and intimate atmosphere. The Villa is surrounded on three sides by large lawns and tall trees; the beautiful infinity pool appears perfectly inserted in the surrounding landscape. The living room on the ground floor leads to the large dining room which opens onto the garden; the kitchen is large and fully equipped. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all offering beautiful views and modern comforts.

Ground floor: Bright entrance, living room with fireplace and TV, dining room with wrought iron French door that opens onto the garden and swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom with large anteroom.

First Floor: 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub and wall shower, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub and wall shower, 1 living room with single bed, 1 twin bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower.

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
30% deposit of the total value to be paid upon confirmation
Balance 60 days prior to arrival.

The agency or the final client will kindly provide us a copy of their credit card to guarantee the reservation with debit authorization in case of missed or partial payments, cancellations exceeding the permits, unpaid extras, late check-out and early check-in, late arrivals, early departures and no show.

CANCELLATION POLICY
From confirmation to 30 days prior to arrival date: 70% of reserved services can be cancelled without penalties
If the reservation is cancelled 29 days or less days prior to arrival, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total rental amount will be charged.
In all seasons: In case of no-show or early departure full amount to be charged
