Articulated villa with living area on the ground floor and sleeping area on the lowered floor with bedrooms with opening to access the outside space and composed of: garden in front of the house with porch, living room entrance with n. 2 double sofa beds, kitchen nook with TV, n. 5 air conditioners, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, n. 3 bedrooms including two doubles and one single with the possibility of adding an additional bed to transform it into a third double bedroom, open-air area behind equipped with wooden table and chairs, barbcue area, access to the terrace with enchanting sea view.
Sleeps 6 with the possibility of additional beds on the sofa bed up to a maximum of 4 for a total of 10 people.
The sea, both the beach and the very low cliff with wonderful backdrops, can be reached on foot in less than a minute. In the immediate vicinity there are all types of services: supermarket, minimarket, market, fish market, bar, lounge bar, restaurant, pizzeria, trattoria, church, hairdresser, tobacconist, pharmacy, service station, ATM, souvenir's shop, tennis courts , 5-a-side football etc.
