Casa Colonia is an independent house of approximately 75m2 spread over two floors connected by a beautiful 14-step staircase.

The entrance door opens onto the ground floor consisting of a welcoming living area distributed between a living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, an open kitchen equipped with a wall cabinet and a small service bathroom with washing machine. The space is illuminated by a large window with a view of the nearby medieval stone houses.

The staircase leads to the sleeping area where there is a comfortable double bed and a spacious bathroom with shower.

The harmony between the modern and vintage furnishings and the soft colors of the apartment blend perfectly with the light wooden beamed ceiling, making it a pleasant and welcoming place.

The house, located in the center of Cortona, does not have private outdoor spaces, but a few steps away our guests can reach a very particular panoramic point.
