Casa Marinara I is a modern and graceful apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps four people. From Casa Marinara I you will have a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea. Casa Marinara I is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a small private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Balestrate, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find a grocery store at 400 meters (440 yards), the train station at 270 meters (886 feet) and the closest beach (Balestrate beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
Casa Marinara I is located on the third floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Marinara I. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Tourist tax, paid locally: EUR 1.00 per person per night. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Guests older than 70 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out).
 Kitchen
The furnishings of the kitchen are modern and welcoming. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to a small terrace with a view of the street below and of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and here you will also find a safe.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a partial view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has no windows.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through an access area.
