House consisting of 3 rooms, 4/5 beds max, spacious living room with dining table and double sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom with master bathroom, bathroom with shower, bedroom with two single beds. Splendid terrace, for exclusive use, panoramic sea front, with veranda, table, chairs and barbecue, with 180 degree sea view, view from Castelsardo, Isola dell'Asinara and Isola Rossa. Rented all year round with a minimum duration of one week. The prices indicated include all costs (cleaning, supply of sheets, towels for the services that are provided for the entire duration of the stay. There are no other costs for internet / services / utilities / fixed costs. The villa has just been renovated and the apartment is newly furnished, equipped with all the kitchen equipment, dishes, pots, etc.
For families with children the house is really comfortable. Children can walk down to the beach along a dirt path, about 30 meters long and go back up to the house by themselves. From my garden you can also check on the children from above, in the lower part, without going down to the beach. Just below the garden of the house there is a fairly flat part of the cliff where children walk, look for crabs and small fish while on the right begins the beach several kilometers long that reaches Badesi and even further on to Isola Rossa.
The house can be reached easily by car or public bus. One thing is certain: you arrive by car, you park in front of the house and you could take the car back after the holiday is over because you can go to the sea on foot and also, in the hamlet of Ciaccia, there are all the services and shops (bar, restaurant, pizzeria, butcher, ice cream shop, baker, supermarket, tobacconist, newsagent, craft shop, fishmonger and farmers who sell their own products directly).
On the beach of Ciaccia there are two bars/restaurants/pizzerias. You can have lunch without any problems in the bar or go back up to the house and then back to the beach. There is also a well-equipped boat storage and a slipway to the sea for boats, dinghies and jet skis. At Ciaccia there is the possibility of renting bicycles, going horseback riding, surfing, kite surfing and paragliding (in Sedini). In Valledoria, on the Coghinas, canoes and kayaks are rented even for non-experts with which you can go down the river from the Terme di Casteldoria to the sea.
