The terrace is the focal point of the house, equipped with every comfort, it allows you to enjoy the sea view to the fullest.



The apartment consists of 2 adjoining suites, completely renovated in 2021 with fine finishes. Emerald green marble floors and Carrara marble bathrooms give your stay a touch of charm and luxury. These open plan suites are equipped with large king size velvet double beds, kitchens equipped with everything needed for cooking and bathrooms with large showers with large shower heads, bidets and toilets.

The two suites share the outdoor terrace, for the EXCLUSIVE use of customers and equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers. Ideal for a breakfast in the sun or a nice candlelit dinner.



TO NOTE:

The suite is located in via Roma and is accessed by a flight of 20 steps.

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and the terrace is private.

Guests must provide identification upon arrival.

There is a tourist tax of Euro 3,00 per day per person.
