The ground floor has a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, both with access to the garden, 3 double bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with showers. On the first floor there are 2 living rooms with satellite TV, 4 double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, and 4 bathrooms with showers.

Il Casale is not too isolated, close to a small town on the slope of a hill not far from the famous medieval city of Cortona, in a panoramic location, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and fields.

The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), water, electricity (air conditioning not included) and gas (heating not included), internet, one baby bed and one high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the property: hired help, cook, babysitter.

The swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. Access via 100 m of gravel road. Activities and distances
The property is the ideal starting point for discovering the local food and local products, as well as all the small hamlets of the area, thanks to the nearby motorway. We strongly suggest visiting and tasting the products of Tuscany’s main cities such as Siena, Arezzo and Florence, as well as the Umbria region with cities like Assisi, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. The famous Chianti area is about an hour’s drive away.
