Villa Mamma Graziella is located in Pedara, a picturesque Etnean village 18 km from Catania, which in summer turns into a lively centre full of life, typical restaurants and many other attractions for families and groups of friends wishing to spend an evening in the coolness of this area and sheltered from the summer heat.
The villa extends over a green park of 3,000 square metres with a beautiful swimming pool, a playground, a football pitch, a barbecue area and a large number of succulent and Mediterranean plants where you can relax with a good book and a glass of chilled white wine.
From many corners of the villa you can admire a beautiful landscape with the Ionian Sea in the background.
The interior is on two levels, where there is a spacious kitchen, two large living rooms, 4 bathrooms, two double bedrooms (one with the possibility of an additional single bed) and a twin bedroom. In addition, one of the two living rooms has been transformed into a beautiful and comfortable family room, with a double bed and two single beds.
The house is equipped with all the features that a perfect holiday requires.

Electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 250 per week. Any excess will be charged at € 0.50 per kWh.
