This apartment is located on ground floor floor with inpendent entrance. It has a kitchen corner, one double bedroom (possibility to have one double or 2 single beds), one single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Perfect for a romantic and relaxing stay, away from the flows of tourists, in a strategic position to visit the Biennale Exhibition and, from the nearby water bus stops, the Venetian Film Festival.
Ideal to reach in only 10-15 minutes walking distance , the highlights of the city, Saint Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge.
From the water bus stop called Giardini, it is easy to reach the train station, Piazzale Roma terminal and the Airport.

All our accommodations (apartments and rooms) are offered as simple temporary rentals with no service provided, as by Italian law (art. 27bis della L.R. Veneto 11/2013). According to this, it not possible to provide to our guests: cleaning service during the stay (only before and after), linens change, breakfast or other type of services typical of the hotels.
