The apartment has a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Enjoy every comfort in the apartment: balcony overlooking olive groves and partially Lake Garda, air conditioning and heating, passenger elevator, internet connection/WLAN, TV, washing machine, iron/ironing board and hairdryer. The open kitchen with induction hob is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. For relaxing vacations you have access to the extremely beautiful pool with children's pool, where there are enough sunbeds for all guests. The special highlight of this apartment is the access to the approx. 500 sqm large roof terrace with a magnificent 360 degree view of Lake Garda and the hinterland. The access to the roof terrace is exclusively reserved for a few apartments; on the terrace there is also a jacuzzi at guests disposal. Location: The complex is just a stone's throw from the promenade and Lake Garda. You can park your car in the locked underground garage. In the garages accommodate cars of normal size, SUV or large cars do not enter. Supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlor, bank, post office, etc. are within walking distance.



The swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 30th with the following opening times: 09-13/15-19. (according to condominium rules, each nucleus has the right to two deckchairs)
