Villa Mirante is a beautiful and seafront luxury villa with swimming pool in Campomarino di Maruggio. The villa accommodates up to 14 guests in 5 bedrooms with tv and ensuite bathroom with shower. It`s ideal for accessible tourism as it has a bathroom suitable for wheelchair and the entry ramp.

Villa
Mirante is a recently-built seafront villa with swimming pool and
well-kept garden. The villa is finely furnished with design elements.
The villa is also accessible from a ramp that, with the addition of one
of the bathrooms, makes it suitable for a guest in a wheelchair. There
is a dining are under the porch by the swimming pool, while at the back
there another equipped area framed by the green garden, with tables and
barbecue.
The villa opens into an airy living room with sofas, tv and air conditioning and a big kitchen with island and many accessories. The 5-bedroom sleeping area is divided from the living room by a corridor.
The
bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are equipped with flat-screen tv and
air conditioning. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 four-bed rooms with
double bed and pull-out twin beds. The bathroom suitable for wheelchair
is accessible from a bedroom and from the corridor. Moreover, there is a
half bath with washing machine.

Villa Mirante is in Campomarino di Maruggio,
by a beach reachable from a private street and a few kilometers away
from the city centre, in an area known as Monaco Mirante, characterized
by uncontaminated landscape with lush Mediterranean scrub. The coast is
characterized by the blue sea, crag and sandy beach which makes it a
breathtaking landscape ideal for a relaxing holiday.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 15 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
