Location:
The Municipality of Morciano di Leuca is equipped with municipal offices, banks, post office, pharmacy, shops of all kinds, a DOC supermarket, a go kart track, a riding school.
- 3.5 km from the free and equipped beaches of Torre Vado and Pescoluse (the Maldives of Salento), on the Ionian Sea.
- 6 km from the rocky shores of the Adriatic Sea where it is possible to snorkel and scuba dive
- 3.5 km from Torre Vado Tourist Port where you can rent boats.
- 7 km from Santa Maria di Leuca where it is possible to take boat trips to sea caves, rent scuba diving equipment, take diving courses.
- Within a radius of 15 km there are numerous municipalities where festivals and cultural, musical and gastronomic events are frequently organized.

Characteristics of the house:
Built in the 700s, totally renovated in 2020, and located in the historic center.
Independent building for 4 people, with access from the courtyard of the residential complex, consisting of a ground floor, a first floor and an exclusive terrace connected by an internal spiral staircase.
The ground floor includes a dining room-kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further bathroom with shower.
The first floor includes a double bedroom and a terrace with covered pergola, covered area with sink, solarium with deck chairs, utility room, dining table, outdoor shower, washing machine and drying rack.
The residence is equipped with drinking water, domestic hot water, a winter heating system in all rooms, a summer air conditioning system with heat pump in the bedrooms, electrical system and TV, safe, mosquito nets on the windows.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, NESPRESSO coffee machine, electric hot water kettle, iron and ironing board.

Supplies and services included:
- Bed linen and towels (1 set on arrival)
- Pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery
- Final cleaning of the house (for stays of at least 1 week)
- Water, methane gas, electricity (electric cars are not allowed to be recharged unless previously agreed with the owner)

Exclusions:
- Tourist tax, to be paid on site (as required by the Municipality of Morciano di Leuca)
- Deposit, to be paid locally
- Breakfast (not provided)
- Final cleaning of the house (for stays of less than 1 week): € 30,00
- Midweek cleaning: 25 € (optional)
- Midweek change of bed linen: 20 € per bed (optional)
- Midweek change of towels: 10 € per person (optional)
- Winter heating: 8 € per day (optional)

- It is not possible to accommodate other people beyond the 4 provided or to place additional cots or beds
