Second, – location, although the flat seems to be far away from the center and up the hill, there is a private elevator, that takes you from the street directly to the house, which simplifies a lot the way back home. It takes 7 minutes to reach the house from Stresa’s center. Thirdly, the apartment is very comfortable, there is a dining room with a sofa-bed, three bedrooms with double bed, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms both with tub/shower. As every room has at least one window, at every time of the day there is the sun.
