PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Sabrina is a refined private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region and offers every comfort for a regenerating holiday in nature. It is located a few km from the town center of Cagli, in a quiet countryside area with panoramic views of the mountains and green hills. The modern design of furniture, the heated indoor salt water pool and the magnificent Jacuzzi create an intimate atmosphere for an unforgettable stay. Guests can benefit of a porch equipped for al fresco dining and outdoor areas for relaxation. The property is completely fenced.

The villa is on two levels, both with direct access to the outside.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch—which features a wood-fired oven and an additional fireplace—a double bedroom with mezzanine floor (furnished with two single beds), an en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in wardrobe, a single bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a hallway with mezzanine floor hosting an additional single bed. All bedrooms on this floor are equipped with air conditioning.
An internal staircase leads to the lower level, passing through a double bedroom with direct access to the indoor pool. On this floor, there is also a living area with kitchen, a double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, also offering direct access to the pool area. The indoor saltwater pool is enclosed by large glass windows and can be heated upon request with advance notice. This area also includes a bathroom with shower and laundry area. The property allows a maximum of one pet.
