The Ripaghera room offers a particular view of the part of the garden where the small fruits are grown. The shadow of a large walnut specimen makes this the coolest room in the hotel. With its décor in shades of green and yellow, it features a French bed, walk-in closet, relaxation and reading sofa.

The bathroom dispensers are supplied with Sapone del Mugello, a line of natural cosmetics based on the best Marseille soap and natural fragrances, such as olive oil, sage and lavender, produced in the area a few kilometers away from the farmhouse.

The territory that includes the Le Fonti farmhouse was structured in the past by a system of residential and rural settlements of ancient origin. In the Middle Ages, with the development of the feudal system, based on forms of subsistence economy, the settlements of medium and high hills were privileged, usable for grazing and for forest products, and, in the southern belt, land was cultivated suitable for vines, olives, arable and forage crops. In this period, the presence of the Counts Guidi was predominant, who owned, in this territory, several castles, which have now disappeared.
