The one-bedroom apartment in Villa Cieloazzurro accommodates up to 4 guests and it`s on the ground floor of a three-unit complex in Sant`Isidoro, near Nardò. The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, tv, hair-dryer, ceiling fans, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven. Pets are not allowed.

The
building Villa Cieloazzurro is in a residential area in Sant`Isidoro,
near Nardò, 300 meters away from the beach establishment. The seaside
location is very lively during Summer, with many amenities and
fish-based restaurants. Moreover, the villa is close to Porto Cesareo,
which is only 6 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
