VILLA MATISA is located in Muronico, a hillside village very close to Argegno. It is an elegantly renovated villa on three floors and consists of: a large living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a large outdoor area with patio, lake-view garden and Jacuzzi. The villa is equipped with a Jacuzzi, Wi-Fi, TV, heating and air conditioning.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONVILLA MATISA is a modern villa, elegantly renovated and with attention to every detail. The stylishly and modernly furnished villa is arranged on three floors, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Como. The entrance welcomes you with the first bedroom with two single beds, TV area and a large bathroom with bathtub. Going up to the first floor you find the large and bright living area with fireplace, sofa and dining table, overlooking a wonderful outdoor space with patio, large garden and Jacuzzi. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Next to the kitchen there\'s also a service bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor the sleeping area consists of two spacious and bright double bedrooms with TV and ensuite bathrooms with shower.

The villa can accommodate 6 people and has air conditioning in every room and wi-fi internet throughout the house.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGVILLA MATISA is easily accessible by car and, although it does not have a private parking space, it offers convenient public parking spaces located directly in front of the entrance gate.

The property is located in the municipality of Muronico, right on the border with the village of Argegno, which is the nearest village. Argegno is a very lively village throughout the year. The village offers small shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a post office, banks, schools, a beautiful equipped beach, a charming little harbour, a characteristic historical centre, but above all countless natural beauties that can be admired thanks to pleasant walks. Well connected by public transport via boats and buses, it is easily accessible to and from all lake destinations. It is 20 km from Como and 15 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano.

In Argegno you can rent a boat or bicycles, relax at the Lido, reach the village of Pigra (by cable car or by car), take the boat to explore the other villages on the lake and walk in the middle of nature.

On Monday mornings, there is a market on Argegno lakeside: fish, cheese, cold cuts, flowers and clothes. The necessities at hand!

There are 2 small grocery shops in Argegno, but the nearest supermarket is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 6 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

The bus stop is 150 metres from the villa while the nearest boat stop is in the village of Argegno. Easy access from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
