Piccola Corte is a 50 sqm apartment, ideal for a couple, located on the ground floor of a noble building. It develops on one level and consists of a beautiful furnished open-space room consisting of a seating area plus a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen area equipped with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The apartment is completed by a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.



The building has a small internal courtyard furnished with some outdoor armchairs which guests can safely use. On hot days it is a pleasant area as it is shaded and cooled by the walls of the surrounding buildings.



There is also an outdoor area, not communicating with the apartment and part of the condominium garden consisting of a stone seat covered with soft cushions. In the shade of the patio, you can sip good wine while admiring the sunset and the panoramic view of a part of the city on the surrounding area.
