Filigrana House is a very bright and modern house divided into three floors in an condominium of terraced houses in the midst of local inhabitants.

Three bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 people offers a guaranteed comfort for everyone.
On the ground floor a large living room with sofa bed, a complete bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table.

On the second floor, there are two comfortable double bedrooms and last but not less important, on the top floor an attic open on the second bedroom with two single beds.

At 1 minute by foot, the Vaporetto Venier stop allows you to reach Venice in just 15 minutes, Piazzale Roma in 25 minutes, the Venice Santa Lucia railway station in 20 minutes, Piazza San Marco and the Marco Polo airport in 20-30 minutes.

The public waters service runs during all the day and throughout the night.
