Casa Biancolilla C is a welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps five people. From Casa Biancolilla C you will have a view of the surrounding countryside and of the other buildings. Casa Biancolilla C is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features two private terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.2 km (0.75 miles) from Casal Velino Marina, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 100 meters (330 feet), a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards) and the bus stop at 350 meters (1150 feet).
Casa Biancolilla C is located on the top floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 26 steps.
For a successful stay at Casa Biancolilla C we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. As guests of the Biancolilla apartments you will have the opportunity to participate in oil tastings and watch the olives being processed inside the oil mill located on site.

Terrace
The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is equipped with two sun loungers. From the terrace you will have a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the other buildings. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Terrace 1
The first terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will have a view of the surrounding countryside and of the other buildings.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will have a view of the surrounding countryside.
Kitchen
The kitchen is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is made of wood. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a divan bed for one guest. The kitchen is also equipped with a smart TV. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a smart TV. The room has a roof window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
