Villa

Trullo Sentimento is a panoramic villa built in trulli and stone, and has a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. The villa is located on the top of a hill, a few steps from the nature reserve “Bosco Selva”, where there are paths ideal for walking or jogging in the woods. The accomodation is about 3 km from Alberobello, it can accommodate up to 8 people and is equipped with internet Wi-Fi, A/C in the two master bedroom, wood oven and barbecue.



The villa is reached via a suggestive steep dirt road that runs alongside the nature reserve “Bosco Selva”. Inside the villa there is a large living room with kitchen equipped with 4 gas burners, sink, fridge, microwave oven, table with chairs, sofa and a large fireplace. There are also two other small living rooms and another kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, sink, oven and table with chairs. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, in one of which there is a washing machine. It i salso possible to add to poufs with single beds. The accommodation is equipped with internet Wi-Fi. Only the two bedrooms in the main building are equipped with A/C.



Outside the villa there is a swimming pool (4m x 8m, h 1.25m) for the exclusive use of guests, solarium area with sun loungers, outdoor living room, gazebo with outdoor table and chairs and a small room where there are a barbecue , a wood oven and a sink.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Martina Franca, equal to 0.80€ per day for each person over 13, for the first 5 days.



Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 200€
