This apartment is located in a beautiful Villa in a panoramic and dominant position not far from Corso Italia.
The apartment (consisting of approximately 45 internal square meters + private terrace of approximately 15 square meters) is super panoramic and tastefully furnished. It is composed of a small entrance, a living room with double sofa bed, sofa bed and kitchenette (fridge, dishwasher, 4 burners, microwave etc etc), a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.
The strong point is the panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view over the entire bay.
The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests. Private parking is available for a fee.
From April to October, the use of the swimming pool at the Hotel Mediterraneo which is 1.5 km away is included in the rate. There is a small laundry room available for guests in the common areas. Towels and bathroom courtesy kits, breakfast kits and sheets are provided. Final cleaning included. cleaning during the stay to be ordered with supplement.

The location is strategic. Super panoramic, quiet, surrounded by greenery but not far from the town centre. Near the property there are 2 hotels which are very useful for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and aperitifs. A 15 minute walk down the hill takes you to the center of Sant'Agnello. A very nice place with bars, restaurants and non-touristy shops.
With a 20/25 minute walk you arrive at the Hotel Mediterraneo where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful swimming pools in the area and access to the sea (lido for a fee). At the same distance walking west on the main road you arrive at the center of Sorrento.
