For a successful stay at Casa delle Mammole B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 60 centimeters (2 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the pool with guests staying at 4 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the beginning of September, from 9 am to 5 pm.
Garden
The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the Umbrian hills and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
 Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the small terrace equipped with table and chairs through a French door. The room also has a large panoramic window.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. This room has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
